HopeSource offers the following services to the residents of Kittitas County. The goal of each of our programs is to partner closely with families and individuals to provide the tools necessary to achieve and sustain self sufficiency. As we accomplish these goals together we see a profound difference in the lives of our families, elevating the quality of life for the entire community.
All households and individuals who want to register for HopeSource programs and services must provide all of the following documentation.
Photo ID for every member of the household over the age of 18 which shows current Kittitas County residential address.
Social Security Cards for every member of the household. (Over 18 years of age must be signed)
Proof of income for the previous month. (Paystubs, TANF, L&I, Social Security, Pension, Financial Aid, Child Support, and Bank Statements are all accepted)
