Our in-home energy assessments are a free service we offer to help income-qualified clients save money on their household energy bills. During the assessment visit, staff members will visit the client's home to discuss current energy usage of the household and look for low cost/no cost ways to cut back on bills. After the visit, an energy assessment report will be created that highlights the most effective ways to save energy. The goal of each energy assessment visit is to tailor energy and money savings to the individual home and client's lifestyle.

Half of the money spent on energy bills comes from heating and cooling your home, especially in colder climates like Kittitas County. Remember that the Building + Behaviors = $$$Bills$$$. In other words, it is the combination of both the home itself and the conservation efforts you make that will make an impact.
