Affordable Housing 

We believe housing costs should be affordable today, tomorrow, and for the long term.

Once community members are ready to leave urgent shelters, affordable housing offers a stepping stone to self-sufficiency.

We believe in preserving current affordable housing stock whenever possible.

Our Properties

We currently operate over 1,000 units of affordable housing throughout Central Washington. Below are some examples of affordable housing properties in your area.

  • Opened in March 2023, Pine Place offer 18 studio apartment units for unhoused youth ages 18-24.

    Pine Place residents will work with HopeSource staff to get help with education and career opportunities, long-term stability planning, and basic life skills. The complex’s downtown location gives residents easy access to the resources they need in their daily lives, such as public transportation, grocery stores and parks, all within a few blocks.

  • Built in 2001 as Kittitas County’s first affordable housing development serving 26 low-income families with children.

    HopeSource acquired the property in 2016 and has since added 80kwh of solar panels and ductless heat pumps to all units to minimize energy costs for residents.

  • Opened in June 2021, Spurling Court features 49 1-3 bedroom units, a family playground, solar panels, and community center.

    Spurling Court has remained at 100% occupancy since its opening.
